Material Unloading: By ordering, you authorize our drivers to choose a safe and practical drop-off location (e.g., nearest accessible spot on your driveway, sidewalk, or street). This decision is final, whether you’re present or not. Drivers are responsible only for unloading materials—no additional services are provided.

Unattended Deliveries: If you’re not available during delivery, materials will be left at the driver’s chosen spot, and you assume full responsibility for any resulting issues.
Delivery and Access Requirements
Your delivery site must accommodate heavy trucks, with access roads at least 12 feet wide, a surface capable of supporting the vehicle’s weight, and a minimum 20-foot vertical clearance to allow the truck bed to be raised for dumping. If these conditions aren’t met, the driver will unload as close as possible to the requested location or charge the full transport cost for a failed delivery. Drivers aim to contact you pre-arrival. Specify preferences in your order notes or mark the spot visibly on-site. We provide only material supply and delivery—no site preparation, spreading, or other tasks.
We serve Central Florida with varying schedules by product and area—options appear after entering your ZIP code. We use our own fleet or trusted contractors. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors like weather, supply issues, or third-party delays. We’ll notify you of significant delays when feasible, but we’re not liable for disruptions. The site must be truck-ready: no fragile surfaces (e.g., pavers or cement slabs) in the truck’s path. Drivers will evaluate safety on arrival and may adjust the drop-off if conditions are unsafe. Check your site’s accessibility before ordering. If you’re unavailable or unreachable during delivery, the driver will decide whether and where to unload, or cancel with applicable fees. Transport Costs and Cancellations
We fulfill orders locally in Central Florida using our trucks or third-party haulers. Prices in your cart include materials, delivery, operations, and taxes, based on availability and location. Costs depend on order size and weight; we aim to consolidate deliveries, but multiple shipments may occur if products come from different sources. Delivery fees are refunded only if you cancel before transport begins.
Cancellations incur fees based on timing:

After order placement but before loading: 7.5% handling fee (92.5% refunded, including tax portion).

After the truck leaves our yard: 50% of total order cost (50% refunded, including tax portion). You must notify us at least one business day before the scheduled delivery during business hours and receive confirmation, or fees apply. If you refuse delivery on-site and the product meets our size/color variance policy, no delivery fee refund is provided.
Material Quantities
Bulk materials are loaded via scoop, with typical loads around 21 tons. Smaller orders (under 4 tons) may vary by ±20% from the confirmed amount; larger orders (over 4 tons) by ±10%. Plan to order slightly more than needed. Weights vary with conditions like moisture, and estimates are based on subcontractor data, which may contain discrepancies. If variance exceeds these ranges, you may qualify for a partial material cost refund. All sales are subject to these terms unless otherwise agreed in writing, in English. Back up your order details; we’re not liable for data loss or indirect damages unless required by Florida law.
Liability
Rock Springs is not responsible for costs arising from delivery delays, such as hired labor or lost income, nor for expenses tied to third-party arrangements (e.g., contractors). If you request delivery beyond the curb, you assume all liability for damage to sidewalks, driveways, or other property, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To process orders, we collect essential details: name, address, email. Data is used solely for order fulfillment, not marketing, in line with accounting requirements. We collect information only with your explicit consent.
